Return Process

  Contact our support team via our online portal or email with your order number and reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the headphones and all original accessories, including cables and ear pads, back into the original Sonic Lamb packaging to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
